St. Matthew Group ND Vision Application
Please fill out the following application if you are interested in being a part of the St. Matthew Cathedral group going to Notre Dame Vision this summer. There are three options for dates to attend: June 26-30, July 10-14, or July 17-21. If you would like to apply for one of our scholarships, please specify below and fill out the scholarship portion as well. A scholarship would reduce the price of the week-long summer camp to $150 (down from $425). If there is more demand for scholarships than what we have available, scholarships will be awarded with a preference toward parishioners of St. Matthew Cathedral and based on quality of free response answers and financial need. ND Vision is a summer camp hosted by the University of Notre Dame to facilitate faith formation of high school students (rising 9th graders through seniors).
