After purchasing a Vacation Planner, refunds will not be given for any reason unless the virtual planner you purchased was not received. You cannot sell the forecasts given to you. You cannot claim the forecasts as your own without explicit permission from DCW. Forecasts are predictions based on the weather that you may expect. DCW is not responsible for an inaccurate forecast. DCW is not responsible for others not obeying the proper precautions if a storm is in the area or if severe weather is ongoing.
