Official Sidney CSD Fall Attendance Registration Form

Please fill out this form for each student that lives in your home that is enrolled in the Sidney Central School District. This form is due on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. If we do not receive a response, K-6 students will be automatically enrolled in-person instruction and 7-12 students will be automatically enrolled in hybrid instruction.
