After you fill out this order request, we will confirm the order with an invoice sent to the entered email address. 

Price is determined after slaughter on the hanging weight. The price is $2.90 per lb plus you pay the processing fee upon arrival to the butcher shop when you pick up your meat.    

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your place.
