DISCOVER Tech: 5th/6th (Spring 2020)
Please complete the following form to begin registration for the Spring 2020 session of DISCOVER Tech. Once you press the "submit" button, you will see a confirmation page with a link for the payment site. Click the link (or copy and paste the link into a browser window), and make your payment. You will receive an automated email receipt when you complete your payment on the payment site. Information about session placement, as well as additional logistical information, will be sent to you by email the week before your program begins. Drop off/Pick up procedure *
Drop off time is between 4:10 and 4:25pm. Location is the North end of the CTLM parking lot on 18th Street between Arapahoe Street and Cheyenne Street. Parents/guardians may pull through at the curb (do not park here) on the North end of the lot and drop children off, or park in the CTLM lot, briefly, and walk to the drop-off point. Participants will be marked "present" on the attendance roster and given a name tag by Program staff. At 4:30pm, Program staff will walk participants to the classroom, and class will begin. After class, Program staff will walk participants back to the drop-off/pick-up area and supervise participant departure between 5:45 and 6:00pm. Parents may pull through at the curb (do not park here), or park in the CTLM lot and walk to the drop-off/pick-up point to retrieve child(ren). Participants "high five" their instructor as they leave. Please provide your digital signature below, which indicates your acceptance of our procedures for drop-off and pick-up.
