Please note we need a few weeks' notice in order to arrange mailings and schedule Q&As. Q&As are based on availability and not guaranteed. Provisions are free of charge to book clubs, but groups requesting mailings who are based outside the U.S. or who have more than 20 members may be asked to cover the cost of shipping.
