It became clear that the need for capacity building and support for NGOs and 3rd sector organizations working in developing countries, had limited resources for embrace global digital best practice. This resulted in the PINTRA basecamp, a digital eco-system for supporting on-going dissemination (i.e. not simply driven by funded projects).  We are now expanding the links and welcoming new partners.
