Dates:  Saturday, May 18th and Sunday, May 19th, 2024

Times:  10 am to 6 pm

Location:  Havre de Grace Maritime Museum, 100 Lafayette St., Havre de Grace, MD 21078 and the Lighthouse Keeper’s House grounds

Details:  Check-in begins at 8 am. No breakdowns or packing allowed before 6 pm without committee consent. Security will be available overnight from May 18th until the morning of May 19th, so two-day vendors may leave their booths set-up overnight. The event takes place Rain or Shine.

• Space: Approximate single space size is 10’ x 10’. Larger spaces are available and priced accordingly. A canopy is highly recommended (must be provided by the vendor). The Gardens de Grace Club will decide on the placement of vendor spaces. Returning vendors will have 1st choice of space placement if fee is received by April 15, 2024.

• Fees: Single space, $40.00 for 1 day or $75.00 for both days. Larger space is available and priced accordingly (contact event organizer). If paying after the deadline, April 15, 2024, the fee is $40.00 for each day. Payment Link for Vendor Space Fees 

• Fee Payment and Deadline: The space fee is payable to Havre de Grace Maritime Museum. Deadline for payment is April 15, 2024 to be included in the Secret Garden Tour Program. If payment is received after this date, placement is not guaranteed. Early registration is recommended as placement consideration is based upon receipt of the fee and number of accepted vendors with the same product/work/ware. All fees are non-refundable and will be considered a donation if you are a no show.

• Vendor Equipment: Unloading and loading must be done from the street by the vendor. Vehicles must be unloaded and moved to designated parking areas before setting up your booth. Vendors are responsible for their wares. Vendors must provide their own canopies, displays, tables and chairs. All items used to secure canopies must be taken with the vendor at the conclusion of the event. Vendors must remove all items from their space after the close of the event.

THE UNDERSIGNED VENDOR AGREES TO THE TERMS AS STATED

1. Havre de Grace Maritime Museum, its employee(s), member(s), associates & volunteer(s), the Gardens de Grace Club and its member(s), associates and volunteer(s), the City of Havre de Grace and The Friends of Concord Point Lighthouse, Inc. are not liable for any loss/theft or damage and will not be responsible for any personal injury to the vendor, his associates and/or merchandise.  The Vendor hereby agrees to indemnity, hold harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities and expenses and defend the above named entities from any acts or omissions to act of the vendor, its employees, agents and assigns.

2. Vendors are responsible for any damage they may cause while participating in the event.

3. The vendor area will be clean and orderly upon departure. Removal of all items and trash is required.

4. The Havre de Grace Maritime Museum and the Gardens de Grace Club reserves the right to restrict the display or sale of any items or services or causes that have not been previously approved by them. No commercial vendors- excluding plant sales and food vendors.

5. All tax liabilities and permits are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

6. Vendors with food or food products are solely responsible to meet all requirements by the Harford County Health Department.

7. There are no refunds. Vendors who do not attend can use this as a contribution.
