This report pretends to provide a holistic view of how homelessness and poverty are addressed within a sample of 12 European cities, which represent 4 sub groups: 1) Three EU capitals 2) Three Richest EU cities based on GDP 3) Richest EU cities based on GDP per capita and 4) Three poorest capitals.
