As a Player

You should arrive changed and ready for matches.  Changing rooms will NOT be available

You should avoid congregating in groups with other players before, during and after the game.  This includes warming up and any team talks.  Social distancing should be observed.

You should bring your own equipment such as water bottles and hand sanitiser.  You should avoid touching other equipment.

You should sanitise your hands before, during and after the game.

You should leave immediately following the game.

You should avoid shouting and avoid group goal celebrations
