You indicated:   My student has NO WiFi access at home.  

Allen ISD will provide an internet hotspot device for your family at no cost.  This device will allow your student(s) to connect to the internet during at-home learning. Please fill in the information below if you need to borrow an AISD hotspot device for eLearning. AISD will only issue one device per household. One hotspot will support several devices. You will be receiving a hotspot device at your youngest AISD student's assigned campus.

When requested to return your hotspot device, the equipment will need to be returned in good working condition.

You will be contacted with information on device pick-up.

You have indicated the need for an internet hotspot for your student. The District has purchased a limited number of internet hotspots that will be available to families who do not have reliable internet access. Only one hotspot will be issued per household. Student technology device and hotspot checkout is available to students that will participate in at-home learning as well as those that have selected in-person learning. The device and/or hotspot will be issued to your child for the school year. There will be a student device and hotspot return date and process communicated in the spring. In order for a student to be issued a device and/or hotspot, the parent or guardian must agree to the district’s Acceptable Use Policy and Student Handbook.The student does not pay an annual use fee, however the student is responsible for any fees associated with a lost or damaged device. *
