I give permission for my child/ren to attend Grays Point Activity Centre Vacation Care and participate in all activities associated with the program.  This may involve water activities, public and private transport travel, hired incursion equipment, externally arranged excursions and facilities, use of the oval next to the School and visiting the Royal National Park.

I have read and understand the Centre Policies and agree that myself/my children will abide by all such Policies. 

Vacation Care fees for the April program are due 2 weeks in advance of the commencement of the Vacation Care program. If you do not pay your Vacation Care invoice by the due date, we may give your spot to a child next on the waiting list. If the minimum booking numbers are not met, particularly for an incursion or excursion, GPAC may cancel the event. If GPAC cancels a programmed day, an incursion or an excursion due to not meeting the minimum booked numbers, a full refund will be provided.

I understand that because staffing and other programming elements have been confirmed and paid for by GPAC,  cancellation of a booking less than 2 weeks from the commencement of the Vacation Care program, I will remain liable for fees and no refund given. Please note that unless a Medical Certificate is provided, there will be no refunds for cancellation of care for absent days. Incursion and excursion fees are non-refundable. Swapping booked dates will incur a $10 admin fee. Incursion and excursion fees are non-refundable even after your booking has been cancelled or amended.

Children may not take money on excursions, unless stated on the program. Children may not have any application/game on their device rated 12+. I acknowledge and agree to GPAC’s Code of Conduct and Expectation Charter.
