Preparing students for their work life is not easy task, and we, the teachers, need to guide and support them. Technology is important, but being able to interact and perform in multi-stakeholder, cyber-physical environments requires a good backpack of soft skills, too.

So, here comes this chance for you: 24 questions about 8 different competences we, the teachers, should possess to adequately facilitate learners in the development of their 4.0 skills.

No stress, this is self-assessment. No grades, no prize or blaming, no performance anxiety. Just relax, and take 20 minutes to look at yourself into the mirror: the aim is not assessing skills against any given performance or knowledge level, rather against your own perception.
