Application form WE C Business 2024
This is a registration form for the “WE C Business” project. 

The project is 6 months long and during it 75 women from Sweden, Latvia and Estonia will have the chance to train their entrepreneurial skills, test their ideas and learn more about entrepreneurship and international business. 

You will also build a network with other entrepreneurs from central Baltic regions, meet the differences between the countries and regions and learn from each other. 

We will start on May the 23rd with the 4 day kick-off event (live meetings with all) in Estonia! 
Here you will  meet all 75 participants, and besides from networking, you will attend lectures and workshops around shaping a business idea and starting your own company. During this event you will also be divided into smaller development groups that will bring your business ideas forward. 

In the next 6 months, June-November you will meet your development group once a month and you will also be able to attend online training modules all with topics that are relevant when starting a business. 
You will have the opportunity to attend all 12, but you must at least attend 3.

We will end this process with 4 day Kick-out event in Sweden! 
During this event we will exchange experiences and presentations of what happened during the project period for each development group and participant.

As a participant in the project you will attend all of the meetings and events.

Work program (compulsory) 
 
After the physical Kick off event you will continue to meet digitally with your development group and mentors once a month. We start off as a whole group and then divides into our smaller development groups. The kick off event, the development groups meetings and the kick out event are compulsory.

26 June - Development group meeting  (2 hours in the evening)
23 July - Development group meeting  (2 hours in the evening)
19 August - Development group meeting  (2 hours in the evening)
26 September - Development group meeting  (2 hours in the evening)
23 October - Development group meeting  (2 hours in the evening)
14-17 November -  Kick out event in Sweden (Physical meeting)

Educational program (optional) 

Beside the development groups you will be able to attend digital training moduls as well. Each modul involves 6 hours of work time spread across two evening lectures (2x2 hours) with reflection in between (2 hours). To attend 3 moduls of your choosing is compulsory, the remaning 9 moduls are optional.

All transport, accommodation and catering costs will be covered by the project partners, registration for participants is free of charge!
