Statistics and Actuarial Science Society SS HKUSU Membership Form (2022 - 2023)

1. This is a four-year-basis membership with a membership fee of HK$160 and the expiry date is 31st August, 2026.

2. All HKU students who have taken approved course in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science or have been admitted to Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science shall be Full Members of the Society upon registration and payment of membership fee.

3. Anyone not eligible for Full Membership may be admitted as Associate Members upon approval of the Executive Committee and membership fee.

4. There shall be no refund of membership fee under any circumstances.
