I understand and agree my child, and/or the child I have registered, has permission to participate in the James River High School Boys' Basketball Youth Camp. I release James River High School and all camp staff members from any and all liability due to injury or illness suffered by my child during or related to participation at the camp. I also authorize the staff of the James River High School Boys' Basketball Camp to seek whatever medical assistance they deem necessary in the event of an emergency. I understand injuries which may occur during this camp are the responsibility of parent/guardian and their own personal health insurance.
