RTSA AQA Exam Series booking form
Please use this form to book on the AQA Exam Series events.  

Please complete one booking form for each delegate you would like to make a booking for.  You are able to select more than one event per delegate.

Schools can book up to two delegates on each event.

COSTS:
SWIFT Member schools: £155 per delegate
Non-Member schools: £185 per delegate

* Delegates will receive a live experience from the AQA representative who will be delivering live online. All session content including interaction and QA will remain the same and we will have the added advantage of AQA South West representative Helen Arman, who will also be joining us for these sessions. The session is being structured in this way due to the AQA presenter not being able to travel.

If the delegate is arriving by train and will require a  minibus collection and return from the station, please indicate here.  An additional £5 will be added to your invoice, to cover this transport fee.

If the delegate is arriving by car and will be parking in the 'free' car park at Oldway Mansion, please indicate here.  Although the car park is a 2 minute walk away from Oldway School, we will be offering a FREE minibus collection and return service.
