This research is being conducted by some bloggers.

The study is designed to take at least 4 weeks, and you will eat many potatoes. If you agree to take part in the research, you will fill out this brief online questionnaire, and then you will track your weight over the course of several weeks on a google sheet the bloggers will provide. When you are done, you will email them to tell them how it went.

All the information we obtain during the research will be kept confidential, and not associated with your name in any way. Your participation in this research is voluntary. You are free to refuse to take part, and you may stop taking part at any time. You are free to discontinue participation in this study at any time, for any reason, with no penalty. If you start experiencing negative health effects or fall ill for any reason during the course of this study, please stop the study immediately.
