Roles and responsibilities:
  • Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
  • Guide students/parents for IELTS and Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching/preparation programs
  • Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings. 
  • Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
