Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to facilitate the smooth processing of all exchange/return requests. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
- Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
- Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.
- We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
- Perfumes should have at least 95% of the product remaining in the bottle.
- Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 100ML Perfumes.
- Return & Exchange for 3ML Spray tester, tester bundle & Atomizer cannot be accommodated.
Note:
If the cellophane, testers, or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond how it was when we sent it to you, there might be some small charges.
Regarding perfumes, a small fee applies if it has been used up to 5%. No charges are applicable for almost negligible use, but if more than 5% of the product has been used, the return is unfortunately not eligible.
