With the dramatic rise in Covid cases in our community, and the resulting recommendation (not a mandate) to pause in person instruction for our high school for the next two weeks, cease extra curricular activities and urge for a reduction in community spread, we need your input to determine what is best for Maple Valley Families. We will dispatch this survey twice in the next 24 hours to get as many responses in possible to help us to make our decision. This should take no more than 2 minutes to complete. If you take it once, please disregard future requests.

Given the high incidence rates currently I would support the following, with an expectation it will continually be reassessed: *

I would support Fuller Street moving face to face instruction to virtual for two weeks

I would support Maplewood moving face to face instruction to virtual for two weeks

I would support 7-12 moving face to face instruction to virtual for two weeks

I would support JUST 9-12 moving face to face instruction to virtual for two weeks

I would support all schools to remain face to face as long as possible

If schools remain face to face, I want my child to transition to work remotely from home due to the risk

I have the following opinion regarding Athletics and extracurriculars. *

I believe if school is virtual for the secondary level, extracurriculars should be paused for the same time period.

I believe extracurriculars should continue regardless of the status of school programming.
