Commercial Vendor Application Form

Greetings Potential Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Spring Youth Fair, a vibrant annual event held at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds. We are excited to create a diverse and engaging experience for our community, and your contribution plays a crucial role in making this event a success.

Before you proceed with your application, please take a moment to review the following important information:

ALL VENDORS ARE ASKED TO HAVE AN ACTIVITY OR PROJECT FOR CHILDREN AT THEIR BOOTH.

  1. Exhibit Maintenance:

    • Vendors are expected to maintain their exhibits throughout all fair hours unless otherwise adjusted by the Spring Youth Fair.
  2. Suitable Products and Services:

    • Provide services and products suitable for and in a manner acceptable to the Spring Youth Fair. We reserve the right to request the removal of items that do not align with our goals for youth.
  3. Responsibilities:

    • All licenses, taxes, permits, and product liabilities are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
  4. UBI Number Requirement:

    • Vendors selling products or services must possess a UBI number as required by the Washington State Department of Revenue.
  5. Approval for Setup:

    • Any construction, remodeling, or movement of equipment and furnishings must be approved in advance by the Southwest Washington Fair Office (360-740-1495).
  6. Collaboration and Cooperation:

    • Vendors are expected to collaborate and cooperate with one another for the collective success of the Spring Youth Fair.
  7. Event Hours:

    • The fair will be open to attendees on Friday, May 3rd, from 5PM to 8PM, Saturday, May 4th, from 10AM to 8PM, and Sunday, May 5th, from 10AM to 5PM.

Your commitment to these guidelines ensures a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all participants. We appreciate your dedication to making the Spring Youth Fair a memorable and positive event.

Please be advised that the completion and submission of this application do not guarantee automatic acceptance and participation in the Spring Youth Fair. All applications will undergo a thorough review process, and the acceptance of vendors will be based on various factors including alignment with the goals of the Spring Youth Fair, product or service suitability, and space availability.

Confirmation of your acceptance or status will be communicated to you after the review process. This confirmation will include further details regarding payment, booth assignment, and any additional information required for your participation.
