Purpose:
Seeks to recognize faculty who promote or contribute to an "open" culture by utilizing Open Educational Resources (OER) in the classroom.

Eligibility:
Any faculty or lecturer teaching a Textbook Cost: $0 course at UHWO for at least one semester (Fall or Spring). Any faculty or lecturer who previously applied may re-apply provided s/he has not been chosen as a recipient of this award within the last 5 years. Self-nominations are accepted.
