NKSL and Select game / reschedule request

Please fill out the form to cancel a game already scheduled. Cancellation request must be submitted at least 5 days in advance of the date of the game in order to cancel the referees (ref fees will have to be paid for cancellations less than 5 days prior per league cancellation policy).

This process replaces the email process currently in place. You will receive a copy of the form you fill out. A confirmation will be sent to you confirming the request was completed. If you have the details for the reschedule you can enter everything in the same request.

The following fields are available for rescheduling requests. Best practice is to use your home club home field

ALL teams must work with the other team prior to filling out a request.

If you a game on the schedule need to make a change, start with the cancel game request, it will ask if you want to reschedule y/n.

Fusion/ISC - if you have a change to a game already on the calendar start with the cancel select game request and it loop you back to the request select game for the new game details if you have them.

Cancel NKSL game only, or cancel and Reschedule NKSL game in same request

Reschedule NKSL game only (typically games cancelled by weather or cancelled previously)

Request Select game (Fusion/ISC) New game only not already on the calendar

Cancel Select game (Fusion/ISC) or cancel and Reschedule select game in same request
