Each year Catersource + The Special Event produces Showcasing Events to event industry professionals who travel the world producing events for large corporations, associations, social events & weddings, philanthropic institutions, and more. The Shows will bring thousands of high caliber, decision-making professionals in the industry to Orlando in 2023, and our Showcasing Events provide the opportunity to bring your venue to the forefront of thought to those in the industry.

Being a Showcasing Event venue means that you get to put your venue on display to our attendees. The main purpose of the Showcasing Events is to provide show attendees with an experiential learning opportunity where they can see new event trends, ideas and design in action - so you don't want to miss this opportunity.

On top of the live, onsite brand promotion, we offer many benefits of exposure to our venue partners leading up to, and after the events.

Note - submission does NOT guarantee selection for showcasing. Selection to showcase within our Showcasing Events based on the fit for events. Should there be a potential fit, someone will be in touch to discuss more.
