Nepal International ADR Center (NIAC) is a dispute resolution service center based in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is committed for accessible and credible domestic as well as cross border and international commercial dispute resolution services using Arbitration, Mediation and their hybrid forms while continuously keeping a focus on knowledge development and capacity building.

In that regard, it organizes various training, conferences, seminars and interaction events for all relevant stakeholders and interested professionals. Our focus is to promote and strengthen dispute resolution practice in Nepal while making it a preferred destination for commercial and cross-border disputes of the Asia-Pacific Region.

NIAC is also a constituent member of the Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (APCAM). APCAM members adopt a single set of arbitration and mediation rules and neutrals accreditation system ensuring standardized and competent professionalized services to the business community and other service seekers in all eight member nations including Nepal. The training courses NIAC provides are certified by APCAM.
