Interest Form 2024 Madison United Mixed Ultimate (µ2)
µ2 is a Madison, WI based mixed ultimate team committed to competition, joy, growth, and player development. We emphasize both mental sports concepts (inner game and growth mindset) in addition to throwing skills, offense, and defense. We are looking for dedicated players passionate about ultimate for our 2024 season.

Information and updates for Madison United specific tryout dates and times will be found on our Instagram page and website. By filling out this form you will be added to the e-mail list to receive pre-season workout and tryout information.

Our practices are Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings. Please specify whether these times work for you (team members are expected to make most practices). *
Our tournament schedule will look something like the following:    

1) WI Swiss: 6/22-23 Verona, WI    
2) Heavyweights: 7/6-7 
3) UnCooler or other tournament TBD: 8/3-4
4) Cooler Classic: 8/17-18 Milwaukee Polo fields    
5) Sectionals: 9/7-8?
6) Regionals: 9/21-22

Players are expected to make 2-4 tournaments and especially Sectionals. Please specify which tournaments you can attend.
