University of Minnesota Handshake Advisor, Faculty, and Staff Account Request
This form is to request a Handshake account for advising and coaching students. So we can determine which account type will best suite your needs, please fill out the form below. We set staff up with the following account types:

-Career services account: This is an administrative account used by staff that have employer relations, event, fair, or analytics roles. Typically, these accounts are for employer relations staff, career services office staff, and career counselors. Staff with career services accounts will also have the ability to view Handshake from the student perspective.

-Mock student account: This account provides the same Handshake experience students see. We typically use these accounts for academic advisors and faculty, so they can walk students through the platform.
