CPA & FA Space Reservation Request Form
This is an external form for groups and organizations outside of the UA Little Rock campus to request the use of spaces located in the Center for Performing Arts (CPA) and Fine Arts (FA) building for auditions, rehearsals, performances, and special meetings.

All groups and organizations who host events in CPA & FA agree to our Facilities Usage Agreement outlined here: ualr.edu/theatre/facilities/. Failure to comply will result in cancelation of any future bookings and financial responsibility for any damages.

All audio, lighting, and equipment requests are subject to the availability of our technical staff and may be subject to additional charges.

For priority consideration, event requests should be made at least two months prior to your event. You will be contacted after your event request has been reviewed. No event is considered "confirmed" upon request.
