Apply to be a Pod Leader!

Thanks for your interest in being a Pod Leader at Transforming Philanthropy 2021!

Pods are small groups designed for participants to reflect, share, and plan. As a pod leader, you should expect, to facilitate and hold small group discussions for 5-7 attendees. Pods will happen about once a day both days of  the virtual conference. There are dedicated pods for young people with wealth and/or class privilege and for partners of young people with wealth and/or class privilege. Being a pod leader requires you to attend the Reflective Leadership training the before the conference starts. You should plan to complete some short preparatory work before Reflective Leadership training and conference begins.

Please note: You must have attended MMMC or Transforming (Family) Philanthropy before to be a pod leader. Feel free to contact Jes Kelley at jes@resourcegeneration.org with any questions.

Pod leaders make a huge impact at the conference, we're excited for you to help hold the retreat in this way.
