INCLUDES:
- One 1-1 PT session each month to kickstart your training for that 30 day period, going through form to safely and efficiently perform each exercise.
- 4 workouts a week in the ALCIDES mobile app. These sessions give you structure and a plan to follow with timings, sets, reps and rest times programmed in for you to comeplete at the gym in your own time. These can be moved around to fit your schedule and done at a time that suits you. Each exercise has a video demonstrating how to perform the exercise, with tips and points to help you throughout. Like having a PT in your pocket!
3 of the workouts must be done in the gym and will consist of a mixture of cardio and weight training designed to help you burn fat and build lean muscle. The 4th session is a recovery session, to allow you to perfrom the best you can during your other sessions and can be done at the gym or at home.
The weeks where you have a 1-1 PT session, this will count as one of your sessions for that week.
- Upon your first weigh-in, based on your body composition, your trainer will calculate calories specific to you to allow you to consistently burn fat every single day of your 90 day programme.
- Recipe booklet (pdf) with over 70 lean recipes to help you hit your calories and all your macro nutrient goals, whilst still enjoying your food! All you'll need to do is plan your meals to hit your calorie goals and you're good to go.
- You will also be given access to Food Diary feature in the ALCIDES app, to help increase your accountability by allowing you to upload pictures of the meals you're making with time stamps, viewable only by you and your trainer.
- Body composition, weights, and progress pictures can also be added to the app (viewable only by you and your trainer).
- Your trainer is always there to support you when you need it, with an instant chat feature availble on the app, for words of encouragement, advice or anything else you need.
PRICE:
This entire package is available at the low price of £90 per month, for 3 consecutive months.
You will also have the option to pay for all 3 months upfront (£270 - one single payment), which gives you a free ALCIDES training t-shirt (you choice of style and colour - all emboridered to order so they can take up to 3 weeks to arrive from the date of order).
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All workouts will be viewable in the ALCIDES app and will include video guides for each exercise.
A weigh-in will take place on the first and last 1-1 sessions to monitor progress.
All 1-1 sessions must be booked in advance during the slots that I have available.
At least 24 hours notice must be given should you not be able to make the arranged session to allow you to reschedule the session at another available time. Should you give less than 24 hours notice, or do not turn up you will lose this session.
Workouts in the ALCIDES app can be moved around to fit your schedule, but any missed sessions will be lost.
A contract must be signed prior to the start date.
If you choose to pay monthly, a direct debit must be set up, with the date agreed in the contract.
You MUST be a member of The Gym Group Leeds York Road to take a place in this program.
Only 10 spaces are available for this package at a time, on a first come first serve basis. Once these spots are filled, a waiting-list will be created.
* Everyone on this programme completes the same wokrouts, only edited or adapted for specifc needs agreed upon by your trainer. 1-1 sessions will be catered to help you comeplete your independent workouts but will be more personalised. If you are wanting custom workouts specifc to you, you will need to purchase a different service.*
