Use the form below to opt in to meal kits for next week. Responses collected by FRIDAY AT NOON will be filled the follow week.

Now that most kids are on campus at least two days per week, all meal kits include 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches!


Meal kits will be available to children at school to take home with them at the end of their cohort day (Tues or Weds). They will either be picked up when your child gets on the bus (middle school students), OR if they get picked up, the meals will be at the Freeman High School bus turnaround on the west side of Jackson Road from 2:45-3:15pm. High school students need to pick up their meal kits on the way out of school at the bus turn around whether they take the bus, drive, or get picked up.

If your children are distance learning OR in preschool, you may sign up to pickup meal kits between 2:45 and 3:15pm Tuesday or Wednesday.
