Please report each scholarship offer you have received whether you plan to attend the college or not. We will recognize all scholarship offers based on your academic performance, athletic or artistic ability, membership in clubs, and ROTC and U.S. Service Academy appointments.

Do Not report offers of financial aid (FAFSA) such as grants or loans based on family income.

We will recognize students earning awards at our Scholarships & Awards Night on May 12, 2020 @5:30PM in the auditorium.

The absolute deadline for you to turn in this form – in order to be included in the Scholarship Night Ceremony and Program – is Friday, May 1st, 2020.

**We realize that many scholarships will be awarded after this deadline and after the Scholarships & Awards Night. Unfortunately, we cannot recognize those students and awards at the program – PLEASE continue to notify us of these awards! They will be included in the school report for the Sunnyside High School District and if received before the graduation program goes to print they may be included in the Graduation Program.
