Please fill out the following form to request to move an exam from the regular AP schedule to the late makeup schedule. A list of the dates and times of late exams are located here: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/exam-administration-ordering-scores/exam-dates/late-testing-dates

The College Board requires us to report the reason for needing a late exam for each student; all requests are subject to approval. You will be emailed a confirmation or request for further information after the request has been reviewed. Please allow up to 5 business days for this follow-up email to arrive. Having two exams on one day (one morning, one afternoon) is not an allowable reason to move to the late schedule. Students with two exams on a single day, but not at the same start time, will be given the opportunity to eat between exams.

Please note: if you have registered for two AP exams that occur on the same date and time, one will be moved to the late schedule by the district after reviewing space, technology needs, etc. Students impacted by this will be emailed by mid-March 2024 with the resolution of this conflict; you will not need to fill out this form in that particular situation.
