If you are new to HONORDEX, please fill in this form to register your company to be included in the HONORDEX Inclusive Index.

If your company is already on HONORDEX but you wish to submit additional information that you feel has not been taken into account, please fill in this form to help us understand how we can improve your DEI score using our HONORDEX methodology.

Please note that HONORDEX follows strict GDPR rules. All information that you submit has to be publicly available, which is why we will ask you to include the links to the place where this information can be found online. Please follow these instructions to fill out the form:
  • The options to fill in this form are "Yes", "No" and "Other".
  • The "Other" section has been included to allow for you to include links and comments backing up the responses to the questions.
