Cannon River Community Trailer Reservations
Thank you for your interest in reserving Growing Up Healthy's Cannon River Community Trailer, located at the Cannon River Mobile Home Park, 1407 Hulett Ave, Lot #160, Faribault, MN 55021. If your request is approved, you will be asked to download and complete a Facilities Use Permit. When it is emailed to you, please review the Facilities Use Permit in detail so that you are aware of the fee and usage requirements. Questions may be directed to info@healthycommunityinitiative.org.
