This is an application to receive a grant award of $500 to fund your Art for Action project at your school.

Application Requirements:
-Proposal must be an art project that will make a positive change and/or address a social issue at your school
-Student must entering grades 9-12 in the 2019/20 school year
-Student must be applying for a project that will directly serve their high school community
-Student must have a school-based staff member who will serve as a reference and support student in carrying out the project
