Directors, please consider the following guidelines for nominations:

List your nominations in prioritized order, highest recommendation first, up to eight students.
Please consider limiting your nominations to two to three players in any given section.
Be sure to nominate outstanding musicians performing who play double reeds, low woodwinds, and low brass instruments.
We will work to accept as many students as possible from as many schools as possible, but not every nominated student will be selected.

Note that the "Submit" button appears on the last page of the form (after "Nomination, Student 8"). You do not need to nominate eight students, but the only way to submit the form is from the final page. You may also submit multiple forms if you'd like to nominate more than eight students. You may select to have a copy of your responses emailed to you.
