2020 PLE MUN Courses Registration Form
Dear Student and  Parent,

Thanks for registering PLE  Model UN courses!  
Please read the information below carefully。

PLE Fall MUN Courses are designed for Middle School and High School students.
PLE Fall MUN program includes 4 sessions, each student is required to be evaluated by a PLE MUN Coach to identify his or her level.

Refund Policy:
PLE will return 100% of tuition if one withdraws the class one week (7 days) advance before class start.
PLE will return 70% of tuition if one withdraws the class 48 hours (2 days) advance before class start.
PLE will return 50% of tuition if one withdraws the class within 48 hours before class start.
PLE will return 30% of tuition if one withdraws within first 3 classes after class start.
PLE will NOT return tuition if one withdraws after first 3 classes.
