This is the registration form for all school support events at Three Bridges Primary School.  

Please complete this form with all of the required information.  

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If the event is full, you will not be able to register.  Once you have completed the form and submitted, your registration has been logged.  

Otherwise, you will receive an email 1 week before the event date with information about the day.

CANCELLATION FEES
Up to 1 week before the event, full refund
Less than 1 week before the event, 50% refund (50% payable)
Cancellation on the day of the event (or not turning up on the day without cancelling) - you will be charged the full fee for the day
