This form should be used to request a room and/or food and beverage and audiovisual services for an AMS Committee/Board Meeting or Internal Meeting at the AMS 100th Annual Meeting in Boston, MA. Please note that rooms are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Deadline for Requests: 1 October
Confirmation of Room Assignment: Mid October
Menus and Final Counts: 20 December
*Please fill out a separate request for each day/time if you are requesting a meeting room for multiple days/times
**When requesting a time please consider all options; before sessions start, the lunch break, and after sessions. Spaces are available Saturday-Thursday. There will be a maximum of six committee meetings at one time.
***As you prepare for your on-site Committee Meeting while in Boston, remember that your AMS Community page is a great spot to have preliminary discussions, post your agenda, and follow-up with minutes from your on-site committee meeting – especially for those that were unable to attend. Keep in mind that your Community Page is only accessible by active board and committee members.
