If you are planning to attend Splash Day, please complete the form. If your license is in our Raptor System, a name badge will be printed and waiting for you. If your license is not in our Raptor System you will need to check in with the secretary in the front on Splash Day. However, you may come to the school at any time to get your license scanned into Raptor and ensure you will have a badge waiting for you Splash Day.
