Share the Care Survey

The World Student Christian Federation (WSCF) is one of oldest faith-based youth organisations in the world. Since 1895, WSCF has played a key role in championing human rights, democratic participation and equitable societies on behalf of and with thousands of young people across the world. Today, WSCF-E is an umbrella organisation for 30 Student Christian Movements in 22 countries in geographical Europe.

WSCF-E has received a grant from the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe and the Otto per Mille of the Waldensian Church in Italy for an annual work plan called “Share the Care”. This project is designed, implemented and will be evaluated by young people for young people.

The work plan focuses on mental health as a human right and its overarching aim is to contribute to empowering young people from different European backgrounds to participate in pluralistic democracy, to promote human rights and to build inclusive societies for all.

Through this survey we aim to highlight mental health challenges for European youth (18-30) and their repercussions on rights and democratic participation.
We do so from a youth perspective and with an intersectional approach, in order to identify gaps, good practices and potential action points for joint advocacy, providing a platform for young people to make their voices heard.

The following survey contains questions related to mental health which may be sensitive or triggering. Please proceed with caution and prioritize your well-being while participating.
