Every year, the Huntsville Band Boosters raise funds to help students in need pay for private lessons. Participating in private lessons is an integral part of the success of our program and we want to insure that all members have the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial situation.

With that, we are able to provide a limited amount of scholarships, which are awarded based on need. In order for the band staff to make an informed decision, it is important that this form be filled out in it's entirety and in as much detail as you feel comfortable providing. Please know that the information contained herein is confidential and will only be reviewed by Mr. Green and the band staff.

In order to be considered for this scholarship, students must have completed AT LEAST ONE YEAR in the Huntsville Band Program.

It should be noted that students who are selected for the private lesson scholarship program are expected to maintain academic eligibility and prepare to the best of their ability for each lesson. Students who are not able to fulfill one or more of these conditions risk the loss of their awarded scholarship.

This form must be filled out by a parent or guardian.
