This registration is to secure your youth agencies spot. An invoice will be sent after this form is submitted and must be paid by (date). If payment is not received, spots will be given to another youth agency on the waiting list.
There should be a 1:6 ratio for adults and students. For example, if you plan to bring 3 students, it is advised that you should only bring 1 adult. If you plan to bring 12-18, the youth agency should bring 2 adults. For every 6 teens that attend, 1 adult will be accommodated free of charge.
