Condolence Notice
Memorial tributes or acknowledgments will be extended to the families of active members as follows:
Requirement:
Information on services must be received no later than 3 days before the pending services and must be provided via this form.
An email will be sent to the alumni via notification, once the request has been
approved
by an immediate family member. Information not received 3 days prior does not allow time for the National Office to execute the courtesies.
If information is received after the 3 day requested notice, the committee will make every effort to
post a notice to GUNAA
social media platforms informing the membership of the "Fallen Tiger".

GUNAA Is a membership organization for alumni of GSU…please contact the university directly for nonmembers of GUNAA.
