We are primarily looking for an experienced equestrian who aligns with our ideals and philosophies within the equestrian and animal husbandry community. Ideally, we would love an moderator who is familiar with Reddit's tools, including API and other web resources (coding, styling, automod applications, etc). We would also love a moderator who may be able to be active when we're less active. 

Overall, we're looking to add another person who will fit in well and help us with growing our equestrian community!
