Make a commitment to tackle avoidable plastics in your laboratory by agreeing to a MINIMUM OF THREE of the following actions: *

Explore if your packaging can be sent back to the supplier.

Switch from plastic to reusable glass.

Explore if your leftover plastic containers could be used for something else in the lab.

Purchase ‘flexible’ kits to avoid waste.

Recycle your packaging.

Create reagents/kits in-house.

Buy in bulk to reduce plastic packaging.

Explore if you can downsize your plastic.

Reuse your tip boxes.

Assess your usage of gloves.
