Any mobility issues I should know about? It will help Me plan locations knowing your limitations.
Will you be bringing anyone to your shoot? Do you have an emergency contact you wish to share?(I prefer to work with a model one on one, but I respect if someone wants to bring a chaperone.  I have many references that can vouch for My safety on set)
