  • Program: General English (4 skills) for Vietnamese adult
  • Teaching on NativeX's platform integrating with Zoom
  • Flexible teaching hours: from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm (GMT +7) | 16 teaching slots per day | Monday - Sunday
2. Job description

> Pre-class

  • Submit weekly availability and provide sufficient teaching hours as required (at least 10 slots per week) 
  • Preview lesson slides and study teaching material carefully

>In class

  • Join assigned classes/ conduct substitute teaching when needed
  • Follow provided lesson plans and presentations to teach students general English skills
  • Correct pronunciation; grammar mistakes for students

>After class

  • Follow the requirements stated in the current effective Teacher’s Handbook

  • Candidates graduated with a major in English Education or English Language.
  • Candidates graduated from other majors with ESL teaching experience
b. English Teaching Certification:
Candidates should possess one of the following certificates:
  • Pedagogical training certificate issued by the Ministry of Education & Training (not mandatory for candidates with a major in English teaching).
  • Accepted Teaching certificate (at least 120 hours): TEFL, TESOL, CELTA
  • Should be clear with issued number for reference check
3. A screenshot of System Information from your laptop and Internet speed. Please note the position requires at least:
  • Operating System: Minimum MacOS 10.14 / Windows 10 Professional; 64-bit.
  • Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM + CPU with at least 04 cores OR a clock speed of at least 1.8 GHz.

4. Passport page (Foreign Teacher) OR ID card (Vietnamese Teacher)
  • Has at least 06-month validity
  • Scan/ photo of passport should be full page without cover
  • Scan/ photo of ID card should have two sides (Front and back)
  • Passport number/ ID number/ ID QR code should be hidden for confidentiality
5. Introduction video
  • Duration: from 01-02 minutes with clear neat appearance and clear verbal communication;
  • Must include a brief sharing introduction about yourself, your teaching experience and methodology.
